Dr. Gina (Jinghua) Zhang

With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Gina Zhang is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and advancing her expertise through continuous education.


She earned her dental degree in 1999 from the prestigious Peking University School of Dental Medicine, one of China’s top dental schools. Dr. Gina further specialized in periodontology, completing two years of advanced clinical training and earning both a specialty certificate and a Master’s degree.


For a decade, she practiced as a general dentist at the Dental Clinic of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, a leading hospital in China. In 2012, she broadened her knowledge as a visiting scholar in the Department of Periodontology at The Ohio State University. Inspired by her experience in the U.S., Dr. Gina pursued the International Dentist Program at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2019.


After four years of practice in California, Dr. Gina returned to Columbus, Ohio in 2024, where she now provides comprehensive dental care. Her expertise includes fillings, extractions (including wisdom teeth), root canal therapy (including molars), periodontal surgery, dental implants, and both partial and full dentures.


Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. Gina treats every patient like family. She actively participates in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements and is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Ohio Dental Association.


Outside the office, Dr. Gina enjoys spending time with her children and partner, playing tennis, and caring for her beloved Corgi, Lulu.
